Here is a lovely green dish by Dartmouth pottery for floral displays. It is quite shallow but holds a fair amount of water because of its width and length. It is in a basket weave effect and spreads out to a wavy edge. We think it probably had a wire rose holder fitted but we used a small glass frog to display a tall display of flowers as you can see in the larger photo. This would look equally good with small flowers such as primroses, anemones, lily-of- the- valley etc. A gorgeous colour and unusual shape. Makes a great centre piece. CONDITION: This has a flaw to the inside of the rim where it cannot be seen from the outside. We think it is wher a wire rose has rubbed. It can only be felt. Otherwise it is in very good condition and is water-tight.
