Dating to the 1950s is this pretty jam pot by Midwinter Pottery. It is in an unusual handpainted floral design on a pale green ground, back and front. It has a metal lid with a bakelite stopper and an opening for the spoon. Marked to the base with the crown MIDWINTER ENGLAND STAFFORDSHIRE and the painters initial A.
