Here is a very nice vintage salt and pepper set from the highly collectable Taunton Vale ceramics in the yellow flower pattern on a white ground. With a sensational square base and the flower design on all sides they taper into the neck which is decorated with a garland of leaves and the tops are a mushroom shape. There are plastic stoppers on the base which are tight fitting. Lovely chunky pieces of retro kitchenalia!

CONDITION: Both are a bit crazed-the salt more than the pepper .This is consistent with age and does not detract from the overall look . The actual designs are perfect.
