Dating to 1967 is this Midwinter coffee set on the fine shape designed by the Marquis of Queensberry. The screen- printed transfer pattern is the very rare English Garden designed by Jessie Tait. It is a very bright floral design in blues, greys and greens and is quite striking. All pieces are marked MIDWINTER and the coffee pot is marked ENGLISH GARDEN DESIGN BY JESSIE TAIT MIDWINTER FINE TABLEWARE STAFFORDSHIRE ENGLAND SHAPES DESIGNED BY THE MARQUIS OF QUEENSBERRY
