Here is an original vintage whisky tin which was made for Glenfiddich Pure Malt Whisky in their Scottish Highlands clan series. This one is of the clan Sutherland and depicts Kenneth Sutherland 3rd Lord Duffus by Richard Wainwright reproduced from an original painting in the Scottish National Portrait Gallery. It has crossed Sutherland tartan (the oldest authenticated) to the side with the wild cat crest to the centre. This would have had a 750ml bottle of Whisky.
