This is a 1950s Midwinter two compartment,semi-porcelaine jam dish in the Chintz design. It has a central chrome handle which unscrews for easy storage and cleaning.It could be used for butter and jam for serving scones or with toast. Marked to the basein gold with a crown MIDWINTER ENGLAND STAFFORDSHIRE and the painters initial, plus impressed numbers.
